The non - refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied to the Total amount of stay.
If booking for longer than one month the 50% deposit will be from the first month only.
The Total amount of stay is due at time of check-in. Guests staying longer than one month will be responsible for the first month's total at the time of check - in. Subsequent payments will be set up on a monthly basis.
Our season is from April 1 thru November 30.
NO REFUNDS due to weather or early cancellation.
There will be a late fee in the amount of $25 dollars for any amount not paid at the time required.
The Camping Agreement and Liability Waiver must be completed and signed at time of check-in. Forms can be completed and placed in the locked registration box by the entrance at the time of arrival. Hard copies will be available on site for your convenience or forms can be down loaded and
e-mailed to littlefieldrvpark@yahoo.com .
If paying with cash or check for remaining portion of stay please include payment with the registration and drop into the secure lock box at entrance and a receipt will be emailed to you or call the office at 828-246-0576 for pick-up.
